Senior Housing
All GHA communities have some units set aside for elderly or disabled residents. These units have handrails, call buttons and other features designed to encourage independent living. GHA and United Services for Older Adults provide special activities and services, such as outings and community events. GHA has three apartment complexes exclusively for seniors: Gateway Plaza, Hall Towers and Stoneridge. People age 62 and older with limited incomes are eligible for residence in these apartments
Gateway Plaza
Seniors can enjoy the convenience of a downtown location, close to city transportation hub, restaurants, shopping and historical landmarks.
Hall Towers
Designed for easy living, Hall Towers is located within walking distance to shopping centers, the library and public transportation. Apartments have a full kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom.
Stoneridge
Experience the privacy of these spacious, two-bedroom apartments, complete with garden patios and separate entrances. Washer and dryer connections are available. Stoneridge is very convenient to major shopping areas.
